Background PLOF File
The supplier’s entire product range can be put on PCs as a background file, enabling you to select products from it and add them to your live system.
If you create a product with a barcode which can be found in the background PLOF, most of the information will automatically be filled in for you, including the RSP and PLOF code.
This file is updated whenever electronic communications with the supplier are carried out.
