Head Office Offers & Loyalty

The Head Office makes use of all the general offer rules which can be seen on the Offers & Loyalty page. It also has many additional features which include:

• Offer Archiving - Users have the option to archive offers instead of deleting them. This saves time in the future as old offers can be unarchived for immediate use.



• Offer Reporting - The Head Office System allows users to run reports on offer use as well as producing a claims report to show what the retailer is entitled to claim back from their supplier as a result of triggered offers. These reports can be viewed on screen and contain graphical data on the offers.



• Offer Branches - It is possible for users to have the same product in different offers at different branches.
