Point Four’s fully-integrated CCTV solution

As part of our on-going aim to provide users with a Total IT Solution, we are delighted to announce the launch of our state-of-the-art, fully integrated CCTV system.

Statistics point to major reductions in the amount of crime being committed where CCTV security cameras are installed, therefore it is widely regarded as an excellent deterrent.

The digital CCTV system is linked to the till audit files which are viewed at the Back Office, and provides a powerful security feature in conjunction with information collected from the tills. The cameras installed in the shop work by detection of movement within the video frame to build up a complete recording of each day’s activity, both on the shop floor and at each till, as required, giving complete coverage of your business 24 hours a day.

The transactions stored in the till audit files can be viewed simultaneously with the corresponding recorded video images.

The system can be configured to display the individual lines of the till transaction below the CCTV pictures as each item is scanned. The pictures can also be viewed independently either in store or remotely via the internet.

Pictures can also be viewed in real time as they happen.

The images are acceptable for evidential purposes (which not all systems are). All pictures have time and date water marking.

Images are provided for evidence on water marked CD or removable hard drive.

The system can be expanded at any time by adding additional cameras as required.

There is also an intelligent video search facility and instant video print capability.
