"We had been operating Point Four’s Mid Office system since 2005 when we heard about Point Four’s new Fuel Solution. The decision to upgrade came down to price and value for money, plus we already had an excellent relationship with Mark, our designated Point Four engineer.
The installation process was seamless and the training we received was enough to get us started without overkill. We encountered a few hiccups in the weeks just after installation but nothing major, and felt supported by the staff at Point Four who are very efficient and professional. We are very happy with the backup we are receiving both through Mark and from the service team. Any new updates/reports we need are swiftly received. We enjoy use of the back office PC “Till Viewing” function as an aid for training new staff. I cannot fault the service desk. Any calls or queries that have been made have been addressed within 24 hours.
